Showcase Sunday #17

Showcase Sunday is hosted by the lovely Vicky over at Books, Biscuits, and Tea! It's a great way to share what you have received for the past week and to also gush over the wonderful books to other bloggers have added to their bookshelves!

So... I went a little crazy these past two weeks. I'm not even going to attempt to make an excuse why I got so many. I just need to accept the fact that I'm a book addict. Simple as that.

  1. umm.. I don't even know where to start! SUCH an awesome book haul! I have read Nantucket Blue, Defiance, The Selection, Unraveling, Pandemonium and Daughter of Smoke and Bone. The rest are ones I really want to read, especially Just One Day!

  2. GIRL.

    Just... GIRL.

I don't even think I can handle this awesomeness, seriously, Jen! I've heard such great things about Shadowlands, and can't wait to see your thoughts about that one. =) Ten was super creepy, and I really enjoyed both Just One Day and The Archived. The Selection, despite all the controversy around it, wasn't very bad. It was quick and a little fun to read, honestly. Also, Pandemonium. All I can really say about that one is that I bow down to Lauren Oliver. And that you'll have quite a... reaction to the ending. ;) I think you'll really enjoy Cinder and Unraveling! Cinder is just an all around awesome dystopian book, and I'm betting my money that you'll fall in love with Cinder herself. Unraveling is utterly addicting and totally mind-blowing.

And as for your review books... can you share please?! I'm basically dying for every. Single. One. ESPECIALLY The Chaos of the Stars and Not a Drop to Drink. Same goes for The Rules of Disappearing and Black Out!

Jen, I totally see why you're booked for May, you've got so many awesome sauce books here! I hope you fall in love with every single one. Happy reading, darling! <3

  4. Wow!! Awesome haul!!

Very curious about Chaos of the Stars. Thinking I need to try requesting it instead of waiting for reviews, but I can't decide!!

Existence was pretty good. The series as a whole, the same. It makes for an interesting read.

Hope you enjoy all these awesome looking books!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by!
